Shipping Policy
How do you ship my package?
Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage. For orders over $39, we offer complimentary USPS Priority delivery. Please select this option at the time of ordering.
We process and dispatch your order within three business days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number, so please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.
Do you provide international shipping?
At this time, our shipping is primarily within the United States, inclusive of Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories like Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to us directly. We are happy to calculate and inform you of the shipping costs for your specific location.
Return Policy
Can I exchange my items?
In case that the items are defective or damaged:
You can exchange your items within 30 days of receiving them. We will replace them with the same items and the shipping is on us. If you need to exchange, click here and let us know.
In case that you want to exchange with the different items:
If the items are unused and in the same condition that you received them, you can exchange them with other items within 30 days of receiving them. In this case, you will need to cover the shipping and handling charges. To request an exchange, please click here and let us know.
Can I return my items?
As long as you are within 30 days of receiving your products, you can return them for a full refund minus a shipping and handling fee. (If it was free shipping, you will receive a full refund.) To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
